How quickly can you start?

Most engagements begin within 1–2 weeks of signing a proposal. For urgent matters like employee relations situations, we can often begin sooner.

Do you work with companies in my state?

Yes. We support clients across the U.S. and have deep experience navigating multi-state HR requirements. Whether you have employees in one state or fifteen, we can help.

What if we only need help for a few months?

That's completely fine. Many of our engagements are project-based with a clear start and end. We also offer month-to-month retainers with no long-term commitment required.

Will you work with our existing attorney or benefits broker?

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with employment attorneys, benefits brokers, CPAs, and other advisors. We integrate seamlessly with your existing professional network.

How is this different from a PEO?

Unlike a PEO, we don't co-employ your team or bundle services. You keep full control of your employees, benefits, and payroll. We provide strategic HR guidance and hands-on support — tailored to you.

What size company do you typically work with?

Most of our clients have between 10 and 150 employees. We specialize in organizations that have outgrown DIY HR but aren't yet ready for a full-time, senior-level HR hire.
